1.  How do I sign up to exhibit at the Techno Forensic Conference?

2.  How do I make payment and when is it due?
Payment is due when your registration contract is sent in.  Checks should be made payable to Vicon Business Media, Inc. and mailed to Techno Forensics Conference, Vicon Business Media, Inc. , 4 Limbo Lane, Amherst, NH  03031.  Please note that we also accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
3.  What are the exhibitor fees and what do they include?
Please refer to the Sponsor/Exhibitors page of this website for complete information on Exhibitor package options.
4.  How is exhibitor space assigned?
Table spaces are assigned on a first - come, first-served basis.  We will do our best to accommodate your location preferences.
5.  How close is the Exhibit area to the general session area?
The conference exhibit area will be held in Exhibit Hall A and the conference sessions are in adjacent rooms that exit into a common lobby area.
6.  How many people are expected to attend the conference?
Typical attendance is over 700.
7.  What overnight accommodations are available?
You may book your hotel directly with The Sheraton Myrtle Beach Convention Center Hotel.  Be sure to mention you are attending the 2011 Techno Forensics Conference to receive the exclusive discounted delegate rate of $99.00 per night for single or double occupancy. Additional taxes apply.

8.  How do I find the hotel/conference site?

9.  Where do I ship my materials?

10.  Can I get electricity at my booth?
Yes.  Details are in the Exhibitor Packet on the Sponsors/Exhibitors tab or download for more information:  Additional Equipment Order Form
11.  When and where do I sign in once I am at the conference site?
Exhibitor registration will be held in the conference area on Sunday, October 30 between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.

12.  What are the show hours and when can I set up and break down my booth?
Setup:  Sunday, October 30 -  9:00 am to 5:00 pm.  

Exhibit Hours:  11:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday, October 31st and Tuesday, November 1st.
Breakdown:  4:00 pm Tuesday, November 1st. 
13.  Will Techno Forensics Conference exhibitors be provided with name badges?
Yes.  All conference participants must wear name badges while in the conference area.

14.  Are exhibitors invited to attend the sessions and what is the appropriate dress attire?
Exhibitors are allowed full-conference access and are full attendees as well with access to all conference sessions.  Dress is business casual.
15.  Is the Techno Forensics Conference Exhibitor area secured after hours?
The conference exhibitor area is locked and secured after hours.
